The core responsibilities involve comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties, including meticulous office management, complex scheduling, and full travel coordination (planning, booking, and expense reporting). A key function is the preparation and follow-up for executive board and member meetings, requiring the creation of high-quality presentation materials and meeting templates. Candidates must possess a relevant commercial qualification or degree, coupled with strong practical experience in an assistant role. Success requires excellent proficiency in MS Office, a strong independent work ethic, reliability, loyalty, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
