Job Summary

This role involves working as an experienced Metrology Technician for a renowned client in Nagold, focusing on ensuring quality and precision within manufacturing processes, ideally within the automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating operational measurement programs for various machines using specialized software like PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso, and GOM, and executing precise measurements on testing and inspection equipment. You will be responsible for evaluating measurement results, conducting capability studies, and archiving data according to defined structures. Furthermore, you will serve as a technical point of contact for customers and suppliers, contribute to the design and conception of testing fixtures and measurement mounts, and support optimization efforts for tools and fixtures across different departments. Success requires strong technical understanding, experience in 3D metrology, and proficiency in interpreting complex technical drawings, coupled with a reliable and precise work ethic.
