Job Summary
This role as a Technical Sales Support Specialist in Stuttgart involves providing essential internal support for a renowned client, focusing on the processing and coordination of sales activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial task of creating and processing customer orders efficiently within the SAP system. You will be the primary contact for trade customers, offering advice, support, and managing all reclamations and complaints efficiently. A key part of the job is ensuring seamless cooperation with the external sales team. Candidates should possess a completed commercial qualification, such as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant certification, or a strong technical-commercial background. Proficiency in standard IT applications, particularly proven competence in SAP, is highly desirable.
