Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Software Tester based in Kassel to focus on the verification and quality assurance of complex military systems, spanning component, software, and vehicle levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing verification concepts, analyzing system requirements to create detailed test specifications, and executing hands-on tests in a laboratory setting. The professional will be crucial in supporting the error analysis process, coordinating test planning, and performing software acceptance tests alongside Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for the continuous development of test environments and implementing both manual and automated testing procedures. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, profound knowledge in requirements analysis, and practical experience in test management and functional testing. Programming knowledge in Python and C++ is required, making this an ideal position for a technical expert looking to apply robust testing methodologies to high-stakes defense technology.
