Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's largest software manufacturers, focusing on high-quality software and IT services. The core responsibilities involve providing technical customer support, managing both telephone and written inquiries, and performing detailed error analysis and resolution for technical malfunctions. A significant part of the job includes system administration tasks, specifically managing Server, Client, Exchange, and Printer environments. Successful candidates must bring a completed commercial or IT vocational qualification, along with practical professional experience in technical customer support and familiarity with Microsoft Windows Servers and MS Office applications. The position requires strong teamwork, excellent communication and consulting skills, high initiative, and a commitment to continuous knowledge expansion and problem-solving. This full-time position offers flexible working arrangements, including home office options, and is initially a temporary assignment with the option for permanent employment.
