Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to join a high-availability data center operator in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on Colocation, Managed IT, and Cloud solutions. As a Network Engineer within the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, you will be crucial in supporting and evolving the company's network architecture. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on participation in network projects (Backbone, Customer Setups), configuration, implementation, and rigorous performance and security monitoring. You will be instrumental in analyzing and resolving complex network issues, contributing to documentation, and providing essential First and Second Level IT support. The position requires specialized knowledge in Juniper (especially MX) and Arista devices, strong skills in routing, switching, and protocols (BGP, EVPN), and proficiency in Linux and network automation, offering a chance to significantly impact the stability and growth of critical IT infrastructures.
