Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive First and Second Level technical support to users at customer sites in Cologne, focusing heavily on Windows and macOS environments. The specialist will handle troubleshooting and IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, covering operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS), standard software (Microsoft, Adobe), and various hardware including PCs, Macs, iPhones, and printers. Key responsibilities also include supporting Remote Access, VPN, M365, and mobile devices (iOS/Android), and coordinating smaller infrastructure projects within the Windows domain. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, several years of practical experience in hardware/software support, and expertise in Endpoint Management solutions like SCCM, Jamf Pro, and Intune, demonstrating a high degree of service orientation and organizational skill.

Completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience in hardware and software support
  • Experience in the media environment is desirable
  • Experience with Endpoint Management solutions for Windows and Mac systems
  • Professional experience with Microsoft operating systems and software products
  • Professional experience with Mac OSX and iOS and associated Apple hardware
