Job Summary

This role as a Working Student in IT Basic Services offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the modernization and automation of central IT infrastructure and the digital workplace within a major German insurance and financial services group. You will be integrated into the agile "IT Basic Services, Workplace and Collaboration" Tribe, working closely with Product Owners and the PMO. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with various IT teams and business departments, creating essential documentation, presentations, and decision templates for management, and actively participating in operational technical and organizational tasks. This position is ideal for an enrolled student in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field who possesses initial practical IT experience. Success requires strong analytical capabilities, conceptual thinking, self-reliance, and excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office tools.
