Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Automation Specialist and PLC Programmer seeking a challenging position within the pharmaceutical industry, based in Ingelheim am Rhein. The specialist will be responsible for the autonomous parameterization of control systems and drive units, including complex interconnections, while adhering to internal standards for high-quality PLC source code creation and documentation. Key daily tasks involve fault diagnosis and troubleshooting within control logic and fieldbus systems, as well as extending and adapting control logics (FUP, KOP, FC), including specialized F-control applications. A strong background in machine and plant automation, I&C technology, and regulatory requirements like GMP is essential. The position requires coordinating system commissioning and conducting System Integration Tests (SIT), demanding analytical thinking, project management skills, and proficiency in both German (C1) and English (B2).
