Job Summary

This critical role seeks a reliable Head of Quality Assurance to oversee the entire quality management system, ensuring that all internal and external requirements are rigorously met before products reach the customer. You will be responsible for monitoring the internal QA system, spanning from raw materials through the production environment to the finished product. Key responsibilities include organizing comprehensive chemical, physical, microbiological, and sensory examinations, and driving the continuous improvement of procedures to maintain high product and process quality. Furthermore, you will lead, motivate, and develop the laboratory team while ensuring strict adherence to all legal and industry standards for product safety. Candidates must hold a degree in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related technical natural science field, coupled with proven leadership experience in a laboratory or quality assurance setting.
