Job Summary
The North Hesse Police Headquarters is seeking a dedicated Case Analyst to join the Cyber, Intelligence, and Criminal Investigation division. This vital role focuses on managing and analyzing data related to ongoing criminal investigations and search operations. Key daily activities include maintaining accurate records for subject and object searches (entering, modifying, and deleting), analyzing investigation files in conjunction with search records, processing urgent identification data, and accurately recording court-ordered restrictions such as restraining or contact bans. Candidates must possess exceptional resilience and teamwork capabilities, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, which will be tested during the selection process. This is a demanding full-time temporary position (covering parental leave) requiring full medical suitability for continuous 24/7 rotating shift work, including weekends and public holidays, offering a critical support function within law enforcement.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as Administrative Specialist, Office Management Clerk, or Legal Assistant, or another relevant three-year vocational training (commercial/administrative) related to the task fields.
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative or commercial roles related to the task fields
- Knowledge and practical application of computer-aided database systems
- Experience handling data protection regulations
