Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join a specialized team focused on building and operating reliable enterprise networks and certified network services, primarily supporting the demanding IT requirements of the German automotive sector. The core responsibilities involve delivering comprehensive 1st and 2nd level technical support, including the analysis, prioritization, and resolution of incidents at the server and network level. You will also provide essential technical consulting to stakeholders regarding infrastructure and networking solutions, and contribute to cross-departmental IT projects. Success requires deep knowledge of network topologies, common network technologies, and IT security, including firewall solutions. Candidates must possess a relevant completed IT qualification or a minimum of two years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
