Integrated Logistics Support Manager | ILS-Manager (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves leading the technical implementation and management of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within complex projects, ensuring the seamless service and high operational readiness of products and systems during their usage phase. The ILS Manager acts as the sub-project lead for system logistics, serving as the key technical contact for project management, product management, and customers regarding ILS. Key responsibilities include leading interdisciplinary ILS/LSA project teams, creating essential project documentation (ILS/LSA plans, maintenance concepts), and conducting critical Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analyses. The ideal candidate must possess a technical degree in business administration or logistics, deep, long-term experience in ILS/LSA standards (MIL-STD-1388-2A/2B, ASD specifications), and proficiency in technical documentation standards like S1000D and S2000M. The position requires strong analytical skills to process construction documents for logistical considerations and manage ILS performance within strict time, cost, and process constraints.
