Job Summary

This critical role supports the Information Security Officer (ISO) in maintaining and enhancing the organization's security posture across all IT systems. The manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including NIS-2 and Part-IS, and driving the continuous development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) towards ISO 27001 certification. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting detailed risk assessments, defining effective risk treatment measures, managing security incidents, and leading company-wide security training and awareness campaigns. The position also involves coordinating the annual PCI DSS compliance certification and advising internal stakeholders on complex security matters. Success requires deep expertise in ISMS frameworks (ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT) and proven experience in IT security, coupled with strong communication and project management skills.
