Job Summary

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to strategically and operationally lead the 'Electrical Plant Construction' department in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex electrical engineering construction projects, focusing on medium and low voltage power supply systems of varying scales. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring adherence to technical and economic specifications, managing project realization according to cost, quality, and deadline targets, preparing bid calculations, and serving as the primary customer contact. The role requires proven leadership skills to guide and mentor direct reports and ensure the economic viability of the department, reporting directly to the management board. This position is ideal for a decisive, customer-oriented professional with deep knowledge of electrical power engineering and contract law (VOB/BGB).
