This role involves providing essential First and Second Level IT Support, focusing on hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting for internal employees. The specialist will handle the setup of IT equipment, including PCs and mobile devices, and manage partial and fully automated installation routines to ensure standardized PC setups. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving disruptions via phone and remote access, and managing software distribution and client service tasks. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education (e.g., IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist), strong knowledge of MS Office and Windows 11, experience with PC hardware and mobile devices, and basic knowledge of Active Directory administration.
