Job Summary

This role seeks a Technical Specialist and Trainer focused on lighting technology to join a growing German lighting brand in Münster. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring product quality and technical excellence by conducting detailed technical product analysis, identifying weaknesses in luminaires, and providing concrete improvement suggestions to production partners in China. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating construction, materials, and performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality specifications. A significant part of the role involves training and consulting, where the specialist will educate sales and service teams on lighting technology, including DALI systems and 3-phase tracks, and create necessary technical documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical engineering and lighting technology, excellent communication skills for training, and a willingness to travel occasionally to production sites.
