Job Summary
This role is designed for a highly analytical System Technician who thrives on solving complex technical challenges beyond standard support. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, smooth operation of critical control room systems by accessing them directly via remote support in real-time operational environments. Key daily tasks include conducting targeted fault analysis across system, network, and hardware levels, performing troubleshooting assignments on-site when necessary, and maintaining and configuring the JST system infrastructure. Success requires a background in IT or systems engineering, coupled with hands-on experience managing both Windows Server and Linux systems. You must possess strong analytical thinking to quickly diagnose root causes and find effective solutions. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, System Electronics) or a university degree in IT, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Experience

- Experience conducting targeted fault analysis on system, network, and hardware levels
- Experience in system configuration and infrastructure maintenance
