Job Summary

This role involves managing diverse and responsible construction projects within a reputable, family-run road and civil engineering company in Central Germany. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the independent execution of construction measures, including leading and planning skilled technical personnel. Key day-to-day tasks include construction site billing, processing tenders (supplements), documenting site records, and handling invoicing and contract amendments. Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU), a Master's or Bachelor's degree, or a qualification as a Construction Technician. Proficiency in standard IT programs, including MS Office and iTWo, is essential.
