Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive project management within special plant construction, focusing on glass production, processing facilities, and associated infrastructure. The Project Engineer will be responsible for creating technical specifications and requirement profiles, managing procurement, and overseeing external manufacturing and acceptance testing. Key daily tasks include designing machine controls and drive technologies, creating and maintaining ECAD plans (specifically EPLAN P8), and managing bill of materials. The role requires coordinating assembly and commissioning, guiding suppliers and fitters, and maintaining meticulous documentation. Ideal candidates possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, multi-year professional experience in the field, and strong knowledge of relevant technical rules and regulations. This position demands interdisciplinary collaboration, conceptual thinking, and proficiency in relevant EDV systems like SAP-EAM and MS Office.
