Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist dedicated to maintaining and managing the IT infrastructure across multiple contact center locations in Germany. The core responsibilities include providing comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for all users regarding hardware issues, independently resolving faults, and co-managing the entire multi-site IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve administering, installing, and provisioning IT equipment, alongside handling and resolving IT inquiries through the helpdesk system. The ideal candidate must possess practical experience in user support, demonstrate a high degree of service and results orientation, and exhibit a proactive, hands-on mentality with a strong commitment to teamwork. This position requires a mandatory Class B driving license and willingness to travel between the various locations.
