Job Summary

This role is for an experienced International Tax Consultant responsible for providing comprehensive tax support to medium-sized companies. Day-to-day tasks involve managing complex cross-border issues, ensuring compliance with international tax declaration obligations, and supporting the creation of transfer pricing documentation. A key focus is the conceptualization and evaluation of tax structuring opportunities related to M&A transactions, group structures, and financing activities, alongside reviewing intercompany contracts. The ideal candidate must possess deep practical experience in international tax law and advisory services, coupled with expertise in preparing annual financial statements and tax returns. Proficiency with standard IT applications (DATEV is a plus) and good English skills are required.
