Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Specialist, based in Sindelfingen, involves providing comprehensive end-user and onsite IT support within a complex project environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of IT equipment, performing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities, installing and imaging PCs/notebooks, and setting up IT workstations, including necessary cabling. A key focus is processing customer orders and resolving disturbance tickets, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with solid knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies, and proficiency in ticketing systems and Office 365. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
