Job Summary

The BFI Group, an established IT service provider operating successfully in the German market since 1998, is seeking an IT Supporter to join their team in Berlin. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient IT operations by serving as the first line of support. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming user inquiries via various channels (calls, emails, tickets, chat) following standardized processes and utilizing solution databases and SOPs. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and resolving tickets within the First Line, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs. Key tasks also involve providing hardware and software support to IT users, monitoring ticket progress, and performing essential user administration tasks such as password resets and user management in systems like Exchange, Active Directory, and SAP.
