As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, providing essential support for IT systems and applications. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the 2nd-Level Helpdesk. You'll also be responsible for installing IT equipment and software, managing IT asset inventory, and maintaining access rights for various systems. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration (with IT focus) is desirable, but not strictly required.
Experience
- • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar IT support role

Additional
- This is a temporary position until December 31, 2025. Requires participation in on-call duty or on-site presence on Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM) on a rotating basis. Knowledge of MaRisk and BaIT guidelines for logical access protection is required. French language skills are a plus.
