Job Summary

This role involves driving the strategic development of a competence center by actively contributing new ideas and structuring, visualizing, and enhancing existing processes. The Process Manager is responsible for initiating and steering continuous improvement measures for workflows and procedures. A key part of the job is designing and implementing training, coaching, and learning formats to effectively transfer knowledge, alongside managing documentation within the Business Management System (BMS). Candidates must possess a technical degree or relevant vocational training combined with professional experience in process management, excellent knowledge of Lean Management, and proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
