Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Technical Consultant specializing in high-level IT solutions and site networking for Magenta Telekom's B2B clients in Vienna. The consultant acts as the primary technical support for the B2B Sales team, engaging in consultations, tenders, and customer presentations. A core responsibility is taking end-to-end ownership of customized solution design, focusing heavily on modern connectivity technologies like MPLS, SD-WAN, and Cloud services, managing the process through to handover into standard operation. You will also contribute to expanding the B2B product portfolio in the site networking domain and lead product and application training for both internal teams (Sales, Service) and external customers. The ideal candidate must possess a technical educational background, profound networking knowledge, strong communication skills, and an analytical, process-oriented mindset, coupled with a willingness to work regularly in the field.
