Job Summary
The Technical Manager will be responsible for leading the technical management aspects of system development and proposal preparation for a globally recognized provider of mission equipment and training solutions. Key responsibilities include defining concepts for systems and subsystems, managing requirements and specifications, and overseeing system integration, testing, and qualification processes (including environmental, EMC, and functional safety). This role demands strong leadership, as you will provide technical guidance to the development team, manage work packages, and control progress and financial flow. You will also be the main technical representative, conducting presentations and negotiating technical content with customers, partners, and suppliers globally. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree, professional experience in a technical department, project leadership skills, and fluent English, coupled with high intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally.
