Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning and execution of internal audits across domestic and international group companies, focusing on ensuring regularity, efficiency, and effectiveness in operations. A core responsibility is the methodical development and refinement of risk-oriented and control-based audit programs for existing and new areas, alongside conducting special audits and improvement projects. The specialist will coordinate audit results directly with management, prepare comprehensive audit reports, and manage follow-up activities to ensure implementation of corrective measures. The position requires a degree in a relevant field such as Economics or Business Law, coupled with very strong verbal and written proficiency in both German and English. Professional experience in internal audit within an international setting or an auditing firm is highly beneficial, as is a willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe.
