This role involves leading and managing a maintenance team for DB Regio AG in Friedrichshafen, ensuring all maintenance work is executed according to technical, economic, and scheduling specifications, and adhering to maintenance guidelines. The Team Leader is responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, including resource planning (personnel, infrastructure, materials), monitoring work orders, and documenting maintenance activities. A core part of the job is personnel development, including recruitment, training, and instruction on safety regulations (work, environmental, fire prevention). Candidates should possess a relevant technical background (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics) combined with a Master Craftsman or certified Technician qualification, or be willing to obtain it promptly.
