Job Summary

This role involves supporting the critical buffer media production process within a leading BioTech company specializing in biopharmaceutical active ingredients and vaccines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general laboratory tasks such as operating and monitoring various autoclaves and lab dishwashers, executing cleaning, packaging, and sterilization processes, and organizing the general lab environment. A key focus is on quality assurance, involving the maintenance, qualification, and validation of equipment, including methods validation for sterilization processes according to Annex 1 guidelines. The ideal candidate holds a completed laboratory technical education (e.g., BTA, CTA) or a relevant Bachelor's degree, possesses fluency in German and good English skills, and demonstrates a reliable, precise, and highly responsible work ethic.
