Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing complex, energy-efficient building technology projects within sectors like healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food processing, focusing specifically on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/S) systems. The Project Manager will independently oversee projects across all service phases (LPH 1-9 HOAI), coordinating planning with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with technical standards (VDI, DIN, VOB). Key responsibilities include creating technical concepts, preparing tender documents, monitoring construction execution, and managing costs, deadlines, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering or similar, possesses professional experience in high-rise construction project management, and is proficient with relevant technical software.
