Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing complex, energy-efficient electrical engineering (EE) projects for sustainable new constructions and renovations, primarily within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food sectors. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle (HOAI phases 1-9), including design, development, execution, and quality assurance. Key daily activities include coordinating planning with stakeholders, generating technical concepts, preparing tender documents, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring adherence to all relevant norms (DIN VDE, VOB, HOAI). The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, combined with professional experience in high-rise building projects from an electrical perspective, leadership experience, and proficiency with CAD/BIM and tendering software. This position offers a dynamic environment, significant autonomy, and close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team of architects and engineers.

Experience

- Professional experience in planning and execution of high-rise building projects from an electrical engineering perspective
- Experience in technical design and specification of electrical engineering systems
- Familiarity with HOAI, VOB, and DIN/VDE regulations
