Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional looking to manage and support IT workplaces and industrial hardware directly on-site in Oberhausen. As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of Windows clients, notebooks, tablets, and industrial endpoints within Industrial IT environments. Key daily tasks include executing hardware rollouts, diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions, and meticulous documentation of all service steps. The position requires a formal IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist or Network Administrator) and foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, Mac, and CAD applications.
