Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Systems Administrator to manage complex IT environments for business clients, typically supporting 30 to 300 users. Daily responsibilities include the full lifecycle support and maintenance of Windows-based networks, encompassing the installation and configuration of both client and server systems, as well as the upkeep of application software. A significant part of the job involves system monitoring, end-user support, and the administration of critical infrastructure components such as network devices (switches, routers), IT security solutions (antivirus, backup systems), and cloud services, notably Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT Specialist qualification or equivalent practical experience, strong technical knowledge of Windows systems, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both end-users and decision-makers.
