Job Summary

This critical role involves providing high-level, confidential support to the Executive Board within the healthcare sector, focusing on both organizational administration and strategic development. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conceptual elaboration of strategic and operational topics, detailed project support, and rigorous controlling measures within development programs. You will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, preparing comprehensive decision templates, reports, and presentations, and coordinating complex interfaces between the Board, clinic management, leadership teams, and external partners. The position requires a university degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, coupled with strong analytical thinking, discretion, and initial experience in clinic management and project realization.
