Job Summary

This role involves leading the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Construction Manager will oversee projects from site setup to final completion, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations (HSE documentation, accident prevention). Regular communication and coordination with all project stakeholders, including commissioning and project management teams, are essential for successful acceptance and handover. The ideal candidate holds a background in electrical engineering (Meister, Technician, or degree) and possesses multi-year experience in site management, particularly in plant construction, with practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems. This position requires strong German and good English skills, coupled with extensive travel readiness (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region, making a company car provided for private use a significant benefit.
