Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the energy transition by managing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Construction Manager will oversee projects from site setup to completion, ensuring compliance with high quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing project stakeholders, steering system acceptance and handover, and ensuring adherence to accident prevention regulations (HSE documentation). Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering (vocational training or degree), coupled with several years of experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction. The position requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region and proficiency in both German and English, offering a company car for private use and flexible working conditions, including home office options.
