Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Site Manager involves driving the energy transition by overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include meticulous planning and supervision of construction sites from setup to final handover. You will be crucial in coordinating external subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to high quality standards, and managing all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation and compliance, including risk assessments. Regular coordination with all project stakeholders and seamless handover to the commissioning team are key. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with several years of relevant experience and further qualification (Master Craftsman, Technician, or Electrical Engineering degree). Expertise in construction site management, particularly plant engineering and medium-voltage systems, is essential. This position offers excellent benefits, including a company car for private use and 30 days of vacation, but requires high travel readiness across the DACH region.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician. Further qualification as Master Craftsman, Technician, or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Experience in construction site management, ideally focused on plant engineering
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching (preferred)
