Job Summary

This role involves joining a strong team in Jülich, focusing on the operation and advancement of corporate applications and the underlying IT infrastructure for a client in energy technology. Day-to-day tasks include administering, monitoring, testing, and documenting business applications, alongside actively shaping and maintaining the IT infrastructure—covering selection, implementation, updates, and system migration. The specialist will also contribute to developing and optimizing software and database solutions using web technologies like PHP, JavaScript, and SQL, while ensuring IT security through monitoring endpoint security and coordinating response measures. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training, professional experience in IT infrastructure operation and service management, and specific programming skills in JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
