Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance team in strengthening and stabilizing the IT governance framework for a major retail digital division. The Junior Manager will be instrumental in implementing regulatory requirements, continuously improving internal regulations based on external laws (like NIS2 and GDPR), and ensuring IT compliance across processes, products, and projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating on integrated risk management with Information Security and Business Continuity Management (BCM), supporting the development of the internal control system, and assisting the IT organization during internal and external audits. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or Economics, possesses a good understanding of IT, and has initial experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or IT Compliance, preferably within complex IT organizations or consulting roles.
