Job Summary
This role seeks an ambitious and experienced professional to take responsibility for complex infrastructure projects as a Facility Manager. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and deploying the technical team, overseeing technical processes, and managing maintenance and repairs. A critical component of the role is ensuring the economic viability of operations through budget and cost control, alongside quality assurance for all facility management contracts. The manager will coordinate all service areas (technical and infrastructural), communicate with clients, tenants, and authorities, and maintain existing contractual relationships. Key qualifications include a degree in Facility Management or equivalent, professional experience in object or building management, and proficiency in budget control and technical maintenance systems. This position offers an unlimited contract and comprehensive support, including an onboarding program and childcare subsidies.
