Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious and experienced Hardware Development Engineer specializing in measurement technology and electronic design. The core focus is on developing robust hardware components for high-precision measurement systems and actively driving the entire New Product Introduction (NPI) phase. Day-to-day responsibilities include close collaboration with production, quality assurance, and suppliers to ensure successful industrialization, creating necessary manufacturing documentation, and guiding prototypes through to series production. The engineer will also analyze and optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability, providing essential technical support and troubleshooting during production ramp-ups. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and several years of experience, ideally within high-tech or measurement sectors, coupled with proven expertise in industrialization processes like NPI and Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
