Job Summary

This role involves working as a Systems Engineer within the shipbuilding and marine technology sector, focusing on the development, analysis, and optimization of complex ship systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and evaluating concepts for shipbuilding systems, conducting and assessing technical analyses and studies, and providing expert consultation regarding system approval, operation, and optimization. The engineer will also offer specialized technical support to clients and internal teams, and be responsible for presenting and documenting technical results. Key qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in technical studies and consulting within the maritime environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency in both German (Fluent) and English (Good) are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
