Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving system disruptions, managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory (AD), and maintaining the operational readiness of central systems and peripherals. The specialist will also handle database evaluations, configure specialized IT applications, and provide proactive user support, advice, and training. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent experience, coupled with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
