The successful candidate will primarily manage incoming support tickets, providing remote diagnostics and repairs for client IT infrastructures (PCs/servers) using tools like TeamViewer. Approximately twice a week, on-site support will be required within a 50 km radius. Key responsibilities include continuous professional development through training and manufacturer certifications, meticulous documentation of all processes, and presenting innovative solutions to complex IT challenges.
