Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Building Services Engineer to join a successful, growing firm specializing in complex Technical Building Equipment (TGA/MEP) projects in the Hannover region. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive planning and project execution across all service phases of the HOAI, focusing specifically on Sanitary, Heating, Ventilation, and Cooling systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed performance specifications, calculating appropriate budgets, designing and sizing technical building facilities, and ensuring effective collaboration with other technical and construction trades. A key focus is advising clients on achieving energy-efficient and sustainable construction goals. Candidates must hold an engineering degree in Building Services or Supply Engineering, possess strong professional experience in system planning, and be proficient in applying technical norms and regulations. Experience with PlanCal Nova CAD software is considered optimal.
