Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Personnel Development Team within the Central Services and Council Affairs department of the City of Lörrach administration. The assistant will be crucial in managing the day-to-day operations related to personnel development, marketing, recruiting, and training for approximately 900 municipal employees. Key responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, drafting and publishing job advertisements, processing invoices, organizing and financially settling training events, and researching/applying for funding opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a hands-on mentality, possessing relevant professional experience in HR processes and strong proficiency in MS Office applications. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellter) or Commercial Clerk for Office Management (Kaufmann für Büromanagement)

Experience

  • Professional experience in personnel marketing and recruiting processes (Ideally)
  • Experience in data evaluation and key figure analysis
  • Experience in organizing and financially managing events/training
