This role is a critical, permanent position as a Senior Site Supervisor, focusing on the installation and maintenance of specialized building radio systems used for emergency communication by rescue services. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and supervising installation and assembly work on various construction sites across Germany, managing the assembly personnel, preparing measurements, and onboarding new technicians. The ideal candidate brings technical understanding, hands-on experience in building installation or craftsmanship, willingness to travel nationwide, and good German language skills (B1).
