Job Summary
This role involves providing essential field service and technical support directly to schools and business customers for a leading telecommunications and IT service provider in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region. The Field Service System Administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle of customer IT systems, including installation, configuration, and proactive maintenance. Key daily tasks include identifying and documenting system faults using a ticketing system, performing regular administrative duties, and updating technical documentation and knowledge bases. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, and practical experience in technical support for printers, peripherals, and networks. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, a high degree of customer orientation, and the technical understanding necessary to contribute to the continuous improvement of digital customer solutions.
